Mr. Yoder, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, concentrates on property tax appeals, assessments, and abatements, as well as real estate law, including closings, condemnations, and eminent domain.
Richard T. Haft is another Duquesne University Law School graduate in our firm. He concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death claims, automobile and slip and fall accidents, criminal law and appeals, and divorce and child custody cases. Associate Jason S. Lasser, a 2006 Duquesne University Law School graduate, handles DUI defense cases, divorce, family law, spousal/child support, and personal injury claims.
